Free Shipping
Brand One offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders require 1–2 business days of handling time after the order cut-off for payment verification, quality check, and packaging. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holiday periods), handling may extend to 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery by Shipping Method
Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Shipping Time. The table below shows the full estimated time from order placement to delivery at your door.

Tax Policy
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. The exact tax amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
Alaska & Hawaii
Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional surcharge and is not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Express and Overnight shipping are not available for these locations. Delivery times may vary (typically 7–14 business days from dispatch).
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Brand One is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@brandoneapparel.us — we will do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement at no additional charge.
